Terms governing use of Remove BG AI background removal services
2026/09/10
These Terms Of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remove BG website, applications, and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
Remove BG provides AI-assisted video and image background removal features. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that output will meet every creative, technical, commercial, or legal requirement.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and credit packs are billed through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Credits may be consumed according to the background removal workflow or feature you use. Except where required by law, completed payments are non-refundable.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or commercial use and for obtaining any required rights, permissions, model releases, or approvals.
You may not violate applicable law, interfere with others' use of the Service, seek unauthorized access, distribute malware, overload or abuse the platform or its integrations, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload media you do not have the right to use.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remove BG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If you have questions, visit our contact page or email support@remove-bg.studio.
